We had a difficult sale to say the least with being in a flood zone and not the greatest neighbors.

We had a difficult sale to say the least with being in a flood zone and not the greatest neighbors. Nikii handled our difficult sale amazing. Even with buyers backing out and timelines by new buyers not being met she kept us informed all while managing the purchase of our new home through the hurdles the sale was causing. I honestly do not think anyone else could have got our sell/buy done but Nikki calmly and professionally got us in our dream home!
